  • Bootstrap a new cluster (tofu roots, out-of-band secrets, DNS)
  • Approve pending kubelet certificates
  • Recover ArgoCD (break-glass re-apply of rendered manifests)
  • StatefulSet field changes that require orphan-recreate
  • Backup restore procedures per datastore
